Nourr consists in an application concept around how to learn more about food from the perspective of taste. It is common that when cooking, we have no idea of what to associate with what for a nice taste combinaison. 🍐+ 🍋? Users could discover new things on what they eat everyday, but also visualize the matches between food elements, be it vegetables, fruits, spices or herbs, as well as navigate through tastes depending on what they feel like to eat. #sweet #sour #crispy?

Personal work
To explore this concept I chose the fruit category, and wondered about the different aspects one may want to know more about before cooking something. A progressive disclosure of information would be given in food ‘Identity Cards’ as shown below.
The user would discover about the food from different entries:
Information such as the number of existing varieties
Tags of tastes and textures (#sour #juicy) to navigate through taste, and ‘picture’ the taste of things you’ve never eaten before
Matches with other food for a nice association
Recipes using the food
