Iungo

Iungo is a kit whose goal is to provide a little support when thinking about ideas, especially in the field of interaction design. The kit is made up of a hundred visual paper pieces sorted according to different categories detailed below.

It comes from a personal need for visualizing relationships between things while thinking about new projects. Whatever the advancement of the idea is, the goal is to avoid being stuck in the process, or just being sure that the most possible aspects were considered.

Personal work

Below you can see an example of a project brainstorming supported by Iungo. It is used as a basis for doodling, writing and connecting all of what comes to the mind. The result you end up with can then be photographed and the pieces re-used for another session.

You can also use it for imagining ideas from the merging of a couple of pieces : ‘What happens if I combine the sense of smell with the action of shaking?’ Or being used to add constraints to the project, for example ‘it should only use music, a light sensor and a flashlight’.
Above all, it is also just for having fun with it, it does not claim to resolve everything but just be a little helpful tool where any of the pieces can be interpreted freely :)!
